Been going there for well over a year or so. It was my new place to go to get vapes that were a little bit cheaper than Sunoco.. I found ones that worked for me and stuck to those. But lately in the last 6 months the products are more and more faulty.. I go about every 2 weeks and pay over $30 for 2 vapes. But one always has an issue. I now never leave the store without opening my items to make sure they work.. but even so they don’t do nothing or care if it don’t work. Once you pay, it’s not their problem anymore.. And once you check out and pay the lady just says thanks and goes to the back room like she couldn’t bother to stand another second doing her job. This isn’t me being upset or mad over one Incident. This is repeated incidents of the same issues every time. The 2 lady’s sometimes seem sweet but besides that don’t know anything; or can’t even answer the simplest questions about the products they are selling..every time for 6 months straight I walk in to the girl sitting on a stool on FaceTime. She doesn’t acknowledge your presence. If you ask a question they don’t know and act like you are interrupting or bothering them. Literally can’t even look up for a minute.. it’s very inconvenient and UNCOMFORTABLE. It feels like your doing something wrong even walking in; just by their attitude and demeanor. They can sit all day on FaceTime but when a customer walks in they only look up to cash you out. If you have any questions don’t bother. They will answer very short and just say “it’s good” or “I don’t know”. Or literally just walk away into the back room where you can’t see or talk to them. Because they have to look up from their phone or conversation for a second to do their job. They feel annoyed. So that you feel bad even asking anything about what your purchasing..so they can’t answer anything about any products, can get paid to sit on FaceTime all day, and make it known that they don’t like their job. You will every other visit have something faulty that you wasted your $ on.. No interaction at all. Feel like your being a bother just by picking your product. They don’t talk, they can’t look up from their phones or even stand up for that matter. And every other review is the exact same ISSUES for years. Many people noticing the FACETIME, the phones, the inability to answer any questions or interact, the rudeness and straight up annoyance if they have to get up and do their job. The messy Management and employees.. the faulty items with no refunds or any care from the owner. And then under the reviews listed for this place; the owner replied and comments only here and there for the 5 star comments; but not the Same REPEATED issues from so many people for years straight that continues with no change or anyone held responsible. Seems like nothing gets done or fixed. Bare Minimum. Sucks because when I first started going there the employees were so nice and informative and interactive and PRESENT. We were looking for a retail outlet that sold CBD. Hoping for a specific brand or a quality brand , we checked the local vitamin outlets 1st. Which seem to be closed. We decided to check out what game of smokes had to offer. The first of my disappointment was with there was with there CBD inventory. It was less than impressive to say the least. And it was reserved to the furthest corner of the store, a claustrophobic and unwelcoming atmosphere.
My teenage son (18) on the autism spectrum , has has found comfort and refuge using CBD. My son is very intelligent, and attentive regarding The quality of the product he wants to use.
Gracefully he begins to ask the attendant information regarding the products, or to see them individually in order to read the ingredients, being that all the brands were unfamiliar.
The attendant was very pushy woman with glasses, began to display obvious signs of being impatient, and annoyed. Becoming increasingly off-putting. This attendant has now become arrogant, and condescending to myself, my son and my wife. The entire experience is making my son extremely uncomfortable. Which is causing her to act more inappropriate.
Now my wife and I practitioners of forgiveness. So we were prepared to leave amicably. And I politely asked her, could I have the manager's name please.
Well this enraged her. Causing her to shout incoherently even. Saying that she is the manager! And she's earned the right to be manager. And that she's not a nobody, And I quote " crazy" " and no one to mess with, if You are going to waste my time You can just leave."
Her tirade, Not only scared my son in the present seeing that he sensitive to signs of aggression. But traumatized him for at least a few weeks from what we can see. In the store he was tugging at my sleeve in fear like a boy, so not to engage this person any longer. It It wasn't until the day before yesterday where he felt secure enough to acquire his medicine. Thankfully we were able to find what he needed. His healthy transformation would bring a tear to anyone's eye. Obviously that woman was in pain herself. In clearly going through some things. Prices are reasonable but the two employees don’t seem to know a lot of things about some products the store sells. also they wasn’t very personable and more on the quiet side. Almost seemed timid. felt like I was troubling her with some questions I had about some products. One of the things I purchased was a back flow cone burner for 30 bucks. I said to the sales person excuse me, do you sell the cones for this burner. I don’t see them in your store they’re specially made cones for the back flow burner. She said we just sell these and pointed to a container of cones. They didn’t look like the right cones so I said. I’m only asking because these look different than the ones that are on display with the backflow burners. These incense cones are smaller. she said.. they do the same thing. I said OK I’m just double checking if it’s different. She said no they will work they do the same thing. of course when I went home, I read the instructions to the backflow cone burner.
