We recently had the pleasure of working with Tom the owner NP Flooring and his installation team Nick and his helper Jason for a significant flooring project. They installed hardwood floors in our living room, stairs, hallway, bedroom and dressing and closet area. Overall, it was a great experience. They have a fantastic selection of materials, which made it easy to find exactly what we were looking for. The workmanship was outstanding. Nick communicated with us through the whole project and was very trustworthy.

The team at NP Flooring was incredibly professional. They took the time to address all of our concerns, making the decision-making process feel seamless, despite the investment involved. We truly appreciated their guidance and expertise throughout.

They did everything to stay on schedule and even finished before estimated time. In addition, they kept the work area very clean and neat.

I wasn't even gonna leave a review but I feel that I have to in hope that I can help someone avoid the experience I had. NP flooring did my floors about a year ago, all carpeting. I did my entire 1st floor and a staircase. I should have known better than to use this company when I had to rip my old carpet up myself to avoid an obscene charge. After just one year my carpets are falling apart!!!!! Every Room has horrific rolls in the carpeting where the backing separated from the carpet itself. Pieces of my staircase I found are not even stapled in, and the edges of the carpet in my living room that are underneath the wall border are completely frayed and falling apart. This is the cheapest quality carpet I have ever had put down in any of my homes. For the price I paid I could have went with somebody like Empire and at least guaranteed that the work would have been quality. WOW... customer service, selection, pricing, and installation were DYNAMITE! Absolutely refreshing to deal with such professionals in a world where the consumer is forced to "just accept mediocre" as the norm... well that's not the case when the all-star team at NP Flooring steps to the plate! Tom, Jess & Todd took care of every detail from start to finish with a genuine care in seeing a job well done! AND... I have to say.... there was NOTHING EASY about the job asked of them given the unique space to be carpeted... from the custom carpet order, to the intrque pattern to be aligned, and then there were the countless angles to be managed and preceisly cut for installation! The picture don't do their work justice, but I can assure you in person the space is a knock out and the flooring was the key to tying it...
