ZERO STAR. First they denied of my confirmed appointment. The shipper and broker were insisting on confirmation of appointment made with this site but these people completely denied of my delivery appointment. I had to wait one day before my broker could get another appointment for next day. Again they changed the stated appt time at their own will and convenience. I lost my next trip (and income) because of this. FUNCTIONALITY: Most pathetic place for delivery of all the places in my experience. Totally unprofessional people starting from security shack to shipping/receiving dept and lumper jumpers. Bad attitude seems to be their motto. Lumper fees are phenomenally high including some vague charges which cannot be observed, verified or challenged. Long off loading time and paperwork take ages to complete. CONCLUSION: Its a place which I would dread...

Had 01:30 apt and arrived at 21:30 parked in staging and checked in with guard who takes your info and then loading dock will call you to pull up to guard shack with truck that gives you your gate pass and door assignment I got the call at 22:30. Receiving is by Bay 35 and chk in with them after backing in. Chk in with lumper to see if freight is pre paid or not. Lumper will call u with final quote $4 fee for checks. Lumper might call u first to give check but paperwork is a separate call. Luckily I got a call from receiving saying paperwork was ready shortly after lumper called with final price. Was able to get parked at around 23:45 in staging again to get hours back. Nobody bothered me about staying overnight. Two porta potties in staging! So if u can show up early and they will more than likely...

The first time we spoke on the phone it was a gentleman who was polite and nice who told us we could be seen to get unloaded around 9pm, 2nd phone call we were told all of that information was wrong, third phone call was rude and snappy us being told we would be gotten when gotten too and almost hung up on. Get in a to a door go into office only to find stolen Valor being committed, & the rudeness continued. Still sitting in dock waiting for breaks to end to get paper work, the office staff mainly a remale is very rude and snobby you can tell she was raised with no manners or courtesy, and has a lack of not knowing how to be a respectful human, but expects to be respected like one...will not be delivering...
