We got a sectional from them in 2020. Due to Covid, it took forever to arrive. We started to have issues with the recliner a few months after. The warranty/service department gave us the run around for almost 6 months. We eventually got a replacement part but it was still problematic. The warranty/service department gave us another run around for about 4 more months. We then received a call from Ms. Darlene who os the new manager at the service department. She apologized for all we experienced and gave us a credit to get a new sectional. Granted, we couldn't get what we had previously because they don't make it anymore and inflation made us have to pay a little more for the new set. The store staff, both Karen and Beverly, were so helpful, friendly and efficient. The store is beautifully laid out to best display the wide selection of items. I loved that they had several sofa beds for us to test out. They gave us an excellent, discounted price on the item we chose, and it was delivered that week, and assembled in our choice of location, quickly and with attention to detail.
