I purchased 2 sets of furnitures from this Clearance Center September 2020. 4 months down the line, my powered love seat stop working. I purchase a service plan that was offered to me from the salesman to protect and service my purchase for the next 5 years. A technician came to look at the sofa, and said parts needed to be ordered. And i never heard back from him or the company. I have reach out multiple times, and always get the answer that someone will call me back and let me know what is going on. And Every time except once, that i have to be the one calling them back for a followup. And now it is October 4, 2021, and I finally spoke to the store manager of the Clearance center, and he tell me that the part are stuck in China, and he doesn't know when the parts will come in. He also told me that the 2 sofa set that i brought from his store is all sales final, and that they don't service the furniture that i brought from them, even though they're selling Extend service plans out of his store?!?! So I hope that this review is being read by potential buyers, to know that this is not a place you would want to deal with. I regret spending $3,000 of my hard earn money to this place, and would hate to see future customers run into the same...
Read moreI am very very disappointed with my purchase. I have bought from here over the years with no problem, but not this time. I purchased a sofa $1,100 and when they delivered it, I sat on it twice and the recliner part broke underneath. I only had it 2 days. A technician came out and said he would order the part. It has been 2 months now and noone has come out to fix it. This whole time I have not sat on the sofa since, until yesterday. I sat on the other end of the sofa and the exact same thing happened when I used the recliner. I am very upset, because apparently this sofa is not well made, that after one time of sitting on it and opening the recliner, it breaks. I was not aware of the all sales are final. Had I known this, I would have never bought from them. Now I have a sofa that I can't even use. UPDATE!!! I explained my issue to the Manager Chris and he told me I could go ahead and exchange my sofa and pick out whatever I wanted. I was able to find exactly what I wanted and had been looking for. Read moreWe went in and had a pleasant experience while shopping for our new couch. Everyone was helpful and we enjoyed our shopping experience. It seemed like after several frustrating shopping trips at other furniture stores, that this place was a great choice. That is, until delivery day came. We were told the couch would be delivered on a Tuesday 2-4 weeks later (it took every bit of 4 weeks). When it never showed up, I called to check. The associate then informed me that it was never set for delivery and couldn't be delivered until the following week. We were initially told 2 separate times about the delivery date, and even instructed on how to track the delivery, only to be told later that the delivery had never been set up. The most disappointing part is, when i spoke to the person on the phone about the issue, she had a very "oh well, too bad" attitude about the situation. She did not seem very concerned at all about righting the mistake in any way. We will now be moving into our house with no couch for a week. Unfortunate to say the least.
