I needed batteries and went to ACE Hardware to get them. Even though I got there a few minutes before closing time, the woman at the cash register was super kind, polite, patient and helpful towards me as I asked her for directions for the batteries I needed. Not only did she tell me the aisle they were in, but she also described to me where to find the exact location of the batteries in the aisle too. This saved me so much time. I appreciated her taking the time to tell me that especially with it being so close to closing.
