Went with my mother and 2 young children at 4 o'clock on a Thursday. The best part of the meal was the balloon guy that makes ballon characters for kids. Service was unbelievably terrible.

When we arrived it was not busy, the tall male server was the only one there. But somehow he just totally forgot us multiple times. Tables after us got their orders taken first and then he was bussing tables rather than taking our order. The children were loud and hungry. My mother even flagged him down and he just kept walking. Then he came to take our order once my mother left to use the bathroom. And tried to run off but i told him i knew the order. Food came out relatively fast. No refills were offered. My drink was completely empty my entire meal. Had someone come around i wouldve asked. Noone came to ask how everything was. We didn't even have silverware to eat our food. I had to go to the kitchen to ask for silverware and then the child working said he didn't speak English when I asked for a fork and napkins. But responded quickly when i said i have money for the chef. Unbelievable. The server came through and gave me what I needed. Another 20 minutes went by. We had been well passed finished and no one brought us a bill. We ended up going to the counter because 2 kids under 4years old were getting restless sitting that long. We had a Togo order that we had ordered with our food that was never brought out.

At the counter, my mother told them how terrible the service was and the manager claimed to be the owner and argued with her. Didn't try to apologize or make it right. It's sad because I liked going when Melissa worked there. Probably won't be back after being neglected and treated poorly for giving honest feedback.

As a server, I try to give everyone benefit of the doubt. But it was not busy. The things that went wrong should not have been okay. Please heed this review as an opportunity to improve. Covington is a small town and reputation is...

Our first time here. They were VERY busy. However, it wasn’t a bad experience, the staff was constantly back and forth from the kitchen- all running food/bussing tables. They were definitely doing the best they could, I will say this- I felt half bad for our server. She handled herself very well during a Saturday night rush and she was super on top of her tables. We may not have seen her every 5 mins, but we didn’t go without anything. Our server managed to handle multiple tables, all being sat at once, and she kept a smile/professional face every time we saw her. She wasn’t “overdoing” it as a server, (which isn’t a bad thing) but she didn’t miss a beat either. THATS the kind of person we LOVE to have wait on us. She was blonde, petite, perky demeanor, and working on 11/12/22. We were a 5 top walk in. The food was very good and worth another visit. The manager was bussing tables with an arm sling on! True dedication on his part, attempting to do his job and help ease the feeling of a Saturday night dinner rush on his servers and staff. All in all, good visit. Worth the $150 we spent plus tip....

First of all, would not recommend this food at any location, we have had the worst experience at the Attica and covington location - we just ate at the covington location and it's been 8ish months since the Attica location. 40 bucks for 2 "deluxe " burritos with literally just ground beef in it though it says with refried beans in the description. They refused to add black beans to one burrito but charged me for a whole side because "they would have to open a whole can" when I asked for them in the burrito .. my burrito was cold even though we were In the establishment waiting for even longer then they said it would be for pick up. There was no cheese and barely and red sauce on the deluxe burrito- its a mess they just pile up everything on top. Also it says 2 flout Tortillas indicating it would be a large burrito but it was two small Tortillas wrapped separately, super misleading. Also the quesadilla was literally a tortilla with minimal cheese and about 2whole cups of steak - not edible , will never be back...
