Family Dollar — Local services in Cowpens

Was in there today and an employee running the register was very rude and so was the manager.The cashier was cussing at me and even said my kids names out loud calling them addicted and saying a lot of stuff while other customers where there.Then the manager started asking who she was talking about and saying stuff.Then when I said I was gonna contact the DM the manager there told the cashier that if she is told to write her up she was not gonna do it.I do not appreciate the cashier saying that stuff and talking about my kids that way.I don’t care if you don’t like me but when you are at work and I am a customer you do not bring any problems outside of work into work and I will do whatever I have to do to make sure everyone knows what is going on in this store.If you can’t keep your mouth shut then why work with the public knowing you will be seeing a lot of people you don’t like.You can say whatever you want about anyone but you do not say their names out loud for others to hear.This stores employees need better training if they gonna work there.Wished I could give this place a 0 star bc of how rude they are.I have been in there before and hear the manager and employees cussing about this and about that.Very unprofessional if...

The ac has been out for several weeks now. Doesn’t really bother me much because I’m not there for long but yall should be ashamed to have your employees working in this hot stuffy building with no air flow for such an extended period of time. I was soaked in sweat burning up after only being there for 10 minutes. These employees are miserable in this heat and yet they are still kind and as helpful as they can be. I stopped in to use the restroom, with the intent to purchase something because I just don’t feel like you should stop in a business without supporting. I locate the restroom, the door is locked, no big deal I go ask for a key, in which I’m informed that the restrooms are for employees only. Doesn’t Family Dollar fall under Bill 3986? Higher management needs to do get in there because I’m sure denying customers access to restrooms isn’t the only problem the store...
