Boundary Lofts — Local services in Cranberry Township

What an amazing find! We needed an apartment within the Cranberry area and there is just NONE as NICE for the price you pay as here, trust me we’ve looked. We found this place two weeks ago, they’re already about 50% filled and the unit we got was brand spanking new with no one has ever lived in it! We loved that about this place. It is NEW, it is affordable (if you get qualified for the lessor rent), and the unit is perfectly sized and equipped. The apartments unit themselves can easily rivals against the nearby expensive “luxury apartments” Ascent 430, The Pendleton, or Haven at Cranberry Woods. The admin team upfront, both Melissa and David were accommodating, helpful and resourceful with our application process to get us in. Melissa had us approved for lower rent within 24 hours! I am still stunned on how affordable and NICE this place is. We look forward to living here for many years to come. Grateful we got a brand new unit and found this place when they still had the availability. No doubt this place will get filled fast and a waitlist will soon ensue.
