Wildcat Ranch Amenity Center — Local services in Crandall

This is a safe neighborhood, with plenty of diversity. Living here with my wife for our first home has been an experience that we have truly enjoyed. Beazer homes have definitely done a good job in building quality homes. There are 4 builders within this community and from what others have told us they have done their part in fixing any problems with the homes and keeping true to their guaranteed promises. We have had to make 3 calls to our builder for warranty repairs and they have come through each time. Although the amenity center has been undergoing constant construction which in turn has created conflict in the use of the area, it still does not diminish the design and welcoming atmosphere when the area is usable. Construction phases can extend for many reasons, and we figure this may be the case in this instance. Although it’s disappointing that the pool is closed for repairs, I will say that DR Horton built a nice amenity center for this neighborhood. I’ve lived in other communities built by them and this is by far the best one! There’s a small gym, pools, playground, a dog park, walking trails, and a man lake that lights up at night. The community is beautiful with trees and clean walking paths. The amenity center also has zumba classes and the HOA is having lots of events this summer for the community. The last DR Horton community I lived in only had a pool, park, and walking trails. So...

Decent gym and pool. Not a ton of gym equipment but it gets the job done. Few treadmills, few ellipticals, stair master, bench press equipment, leg workout equipment, and more.
