Where do I start? We have had multiple HOA companies and haven’t even been here 2 years yet. They arent responsive unless it’s to collect fees or fines for trash cans. Gym stays closed due to lack of security and repairs. Pool is now dug up with no real estimated opening day. $600 a year in HOA fees from 100’s of homes and yet this isn’t a priority? No one has been on site doing repairs since it was dug up almost 4-5 months ago. Countless people are selling because of HOA issues. They don’t listen to community needs, we have expressed multiple times the parties aren’t what we want, we want our needs met and amenities fixed! We were supposed to have 2 pools by now and that still has not even started! They just keep adding homes, Only one way in one way out so I anticipate it’s about to get congested, no one is ever in the office during reasonable hours, and no one responds to issues...

If you’re Hispanic please don’t ever buy a D.R. Horton home because they will not respect your time or finances they only look to rob and plunder you by providing an inferior home with a 10 year warranty that isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on. I purchased my house 11/04/2022 and I must confess my first place I rented was a single wide tin trailer that was more insulated and quiet than the garbage D.R. Horton sold me. Obviously they have no building standards because I can hear every car, truck,atv,kids,dog walkers as they pass by my house. The finished product is garbage and is best suited to be burned to the ground and rebuilt by a real builder that actually knows what they are doing. Please don’t take my word for it do your research for yourself. I pray that this post will save many others the frustration and headaches I have to endure owning a D.R....
