Beware. Homes are built fast and poorly. HOA will harass certain demographics and turn a blind eye to others. Owners of pets are allowing pets to roam freely and poop in yards. This seems to be an area for the retired population. Parents with young children/teenagers, look elsewhere. There’s no reserved, safe space for them. I inquired about a basketball court near the elementary school and found that the kids are no longer allowed to go there. There are no plans to add a designated area for the kids to enjoy such activities and get exercise, being that the board has declined the request, per the GM for Wildcat HOA. Adding a portable basketball goal in front of the home is dangerous due to traffic and the inclines that the development has been built on/made, also having to store it properly. No reserved basketball or soccer court, only a playground for...
Read moreI couldn’t be more thrilled with the entire experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth, and I felt supported every step of the way. Martha from Lennar was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences, guiding me through available options that truly felt like a great fit. I appreciated the transparent and timely communication throughout the entire process. Every question I had was answered promptly and agreement contract was broken down. The home itself is exactly what I was hoping for spacious, and in a fantastic neighborhood. Overall, I’m beyond happy with my new home and the entire process of purchasing it. I felt supported, informed, and confident in every step. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking...
Read moreShout out to Jakayla in the office at the clubhouse. After talking to the home office, I realized that she is the middle man for all the problems occurring with the pool, fitness center ect. She remained calm while I complained about the amenities. Due to finding out she sent all request to the head office after speaking to them, I apologize to Jakayla. During my 5 visits, she was very professional, knowledgeable and calm each time. Kudos to you!!! Due to the ongoing changes with the front office at Wildcat Ranch, I can't help but to come to the realization that the common denominator is HOME OFFICE and not Ms Jakayla. Note: This review reflects my interaction with...
