I placed an order for my daughter for her mother's day present. My daughter shared the link to ensure I got exactly what her mom wants. I placed order decided to have gift wrapped a note and express delivery. Unfortunately ups the brown trucks screwed up and did not deliver to the house or the houses around and property around. Sent deliver pic showing gravel and a st I think with no package. Delt with ups and still am. I contacted Ross Simon's and Nancy apologized and gave me a $20discount under my name for a future purchase. I emailed back and I heard from Cheryl Maggiacomo who went above and beyond . Tha king my daughter for searching everywhere apologizing for the inconvenience. She very thoughtful and very nice. I did have another question and she responded quickly and again thanked me apologized and gave me the information I was looking for. She also wanted to thank me not only for me being a customer but also being a veteran and felt bad that my daughter couldn't get this item for her mom for mother's day I told her her mother's bday is not far away. I had to get another item elsewhere for mother day as they confirmed that it would not be able to be delivered by mother's day if they sent today. Such honesty has earned my business and I am making sure my friends and members of the legion I go to know how excellent the customer service is. I am hoping that everyone who looks at this site reads this. They are worth the money to do business with. Customer care is Hugh. This I'd after the sale. I ordered a 2018 LLadro Christmas Ball from Ross & Simons for $90 and received it today. Suffice it to say, that will be the last thing I order from Ross&Simons! The Lladro box in which the ornament was contained was in the corner of the shipping box with styrofoam peanuts surrounding it. Why in the world was the box not surrounded by the peanuts so as to protect the contents? Very shoddy shipping by people who didn't care. And when I opened the Lladro box, instead of the ornament being tightly secured in the box like I've always seen it come from Lladro, it was lying entirely loose? That was IT as far as I was concerned. Never again order from that company. EVER! I have pictures in case...

Purchased one year ago. It looked beautiful. My wife wore it a few times and at which point a link attaching to the clasp broke off. There were only 3 links attaching to the clasp. I was concerned. I took it to a local jeweler who keeps a staff dedicated to repairs. They evaluated it and had to tell me it couldn't be fixed because the links were hollow and very, very thin.
