Placed on order 3 days in advance. It was supposed to be delivered today from 7am-noon. It never made it. I called at 12:30. Told it’d be a few more hours and they’d call me before they left. They never called. I called back 4 hours later. They said they’d check on it and call me back. I never received a call. I called back again and said they would check on it and call me right back. Once again they never called me and now they are closed. Is my solid coming today who knows? I need it and this is extremely disappointing. They said they’d refund the delivery fee which I appreciate, but I’m not sure if I’ll ever get the soil at this rate. I took an entire day off for nothing. Thanks for wasting my time. Hire more staff or don’t take orders...

You could get dirt, sand, gavel, and plants in a lot of places but these people have great advice to offer, can work with you to figure out unusual situations, and have pretty good prices. If your alternative is one of the big hardware stores you will definitely do better here.

When the gravel I wanted was too much for the capacity of my trailer they were willing to let me buy the full amount at one time but pick it up in parts over two days. They loaded it just the way I asked.

I always held this place in high esteem, until we bought soil for our garden. After all the work to add soil to a large garden, we have had terrible problems with nut grass from the soil, and it has ruined the garden.
