If I could give this review a "negative star rating", I would. This is the worst hospital experience I've ever had. I could tell that one of the staff members was at witts end. This member look to be ran down and frustrated. I've been around a lot of employees of various companies and it's clear as day that these folks are severely under paid and burnt out. I can't imagine what would happened if malpractice and/or negligence was perform due to low morale. I would sue them for every dime that I could.

Although, this particular staff member was very helpful and very nice, you could tell that the employee was putting on a fake smile for me. This staff member was not at all happy with their job. If this staff member is reading this, LEAVE THIS HOSPITAL NOW!! Go and work for Winn Med in Decorah or even Mayo Clinic in Rochester. I hear that they pay much better and you're not overworked. Life is too short to be miserable. Good luck to...

It's been a year ago finally can tell my story I had a mental break down and was brought here first because I had a fight with my ex the labeled me violent then dr Chad Rasmussen told me I couldn't leave the room I was on a court hold had no idea what that was so I chose to leave and when I tried to leave he pushed me to the ground and across the room then the labeled me violent instead of calling me by my name they called me the mental patient and I was suicidal and they left me alone alot of the time and when I told my therapist all this she ended up reporting this to the ceo of the hospital who did nothing wouldn't call me back after investigating it that's how I know they know it's true dr Chad Rasmussen should of been charged for assault or at least fired he is the worst dr I've ever had never checked on me so I don't recommend anyone to go here not even for an emergency...

This was one of the most positive emergency room experiences I have ever had. After falling off a ladder, I called the hospital to confirm availability of an emergency room, giving them just a couple of details. To my surprise, when I arrived, I was met in the parking lot by EMS personnel and a nurse. Upon entering, I received X-rays, a diagnosis with detailed instructions, and was discharged within two hours. While the experience might differ on a busier night, this particular visit was exceptional. The staff were both friendly and professional throughout. I am glad I chose this over a larger hospital where I most likely would have been waiting for a long time...
