Do not waste your time if you want to pick strawberries there... went two years in a row and it was a bust both times. First time they would even let us on the field, because strawberries "got picked and there weren't any ripe berries to pick". Everyone deserves a second chance so we made a 2 hour drive again next year. This year we got on the field but between 3 of us we couldn't even come up with a pound of tiny strawberries. Mind you that both times they advertised that there were strawberries readilly available. Bait and switch kinda deal. They still want you to come even though they know well that there are not enough strawberries to pick, but you would still buy products...

The strawberry patch is now closed but their little store in Baker (vis-a-vis of the USPS store and close to Taco town) is still open. As it is family owned and run it's good to check the opening times before a visit - we normally do that on facebook.
Great fresh local produce for amazing prices and very nice service by the family that grows it - once you've eaten that fresh and seasonal, produce at the grocery store just doesn't cut it anymore!
