Kohl's — Local services in Crete

The cashier "Rhonda" and, I believe the manager, "Illy" were so very kind and personable and displayed an over abundance of empathy when I asked them if they sold phone chargers. Their answer was "no, unfortunately we don't anymore but we used to". I said I'll just go to the gas station across the street because I already had the cord but just needed the "box end plug" part. Rhonda went on to say that she found one of those several months ago that was never claimed and asked Illy if she would go get it in the back room. Lo and behold, here comes Illy with exactly what I needed. I can't say enough about the excellent, sincere, care that these two wonderful women gave to me and my family. Originally I was a bit stressed because I really needed to get this charger to my son who was working down the street at Culver's and his phone had died. He was working a late shift and wasn't sure when he would be done so it was important that his phone was charged in order to text me to pick him up. I recently visited Kohl's for the first time while searching for a suit for my son, and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised! The store offered a fantastic variety of clothing options, making it easy to find something that fit both our style and budget.

While I did notice that the suits were a bit pricier than I remembered from nine years ago, we were fortunate enough to find a really nice suit that met our needs. To top it off, we received a 20% discount on our entire purchase, which was a wonderful bonus!

The store itself was very clean and well-organized, making the shopping experience enjoyable. I also appreciated the presence of staff nearby who were ready to assist when I had questions. Their helpfulness made the process even smoother.

The Crete store has changed over the years when it first opened there were no African American employees and the looks I got made me uncomfortable however the atmosphere over the years has changed and they have black employees now.The store is VERY clean.The employees are very friendly except for this one guy who works in the back I was going to call corp.on him about a year ago but another employee that I'm friendly with convinced me not to however I went in last Wed.evening and guess who I got.He had me standing there for a long time before he even bothered to come to the counter then he says "return"?
