The sales woman was great. Super polite and helpful. The manager was pretty disengaged and gave me an outrageous delivery price quote when approached. The furniture is beautiful and the furniture pricing is fair, but only come if you have your own way to get it home because if the manager is not feeling it that day, your going to pay pretty steep for delivery. Edited to add Thank you for your response. I was not aware of the hiccups you guys were working through during opening, but it makes sense. I changed my rating because the only issue I had was addressed. Thank you for helping me to understand what the issue was with delivery. These guys are absolutely wonderful to work with. I walked in on a Saturday, and Tim patiently showed my indecisive self every sofa in the building and kept my three-year-old happy with lollipops. 😂 When I finally made my selection, Tom rang it up while Tim and another gentleman loaded my sofa up, and followed me home to deliver it immediately! The two of them quickly and carefully set it up in my living room, and the other gentleman even brought my daughter another lollipop. Respectful, family-oriented service that I will happily bring return business to, for their prices were the best I had seen out of the 6 stores I went to that day....
