Hippo Burgers — Restaurant in Texas

What ever the B name was behind the counter has gotta go I’ve been coming here for years have been ordering the same burger for years have never paid more than $20 for my order. I understand the burger I get isn’t on the menu but every time before this I tell them exactly what I want and pay. The lady from the start of my order gave my nasty attitude and was rude, she laughed at me like I was an idiot and began ti talk crap about me in Spanish like I didn’t understand. I used to love this place best burgers in town but this lady ruined it for me. I will never be coming back to this location again . You have lost a loyal customer and I will be sharing this story with all my friends and family to stop supporting this location. We were so excited about trying a new burger joint out. Luckily they were not very busy. I ordered the avocado burger and cajun fries and my son ordered the original burger and regular fries with a chocolate milk shake. The guy takings our order seemed distracted which made me feel like we needed to leave but we were already there so we continued to place the order. When our order got to the table we couldn't wait to tear into these massive size burgers. After a couple of bite we were disappointed. The buns were already soggy and the meat had little to no flavor/seasoning. We both had to add salt, pepper and ketchup to add some flavor. I'm hoping the cook just forgot to season the patties. My son did not the milk shake at all. All and all I'm not sure we will give this place...

I am taking a training course here in Crosby Tx. Lunch is catered each day. Yesterday's choice was Hippo Burger. Really didn't want a burger so decided to get a chicken sandwich. I like Mushrooms and they had a chicken sandwich with mushrooms so i went for it. This was the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. The bun, the perfectly grilled onions, melted cheese and the Mushrooms. you literally tased everything individually. The chicken breast was juicy and seasoned perfectly.
