I use to enjoy shopping at Burkes in Crossville. About a week ago my family and I were shopping, and an employee named Katie was upfront pitching a fit because another employee asked her to do something. With us standing at the register she threw items down onto the counter and stormed of cursing and pouting. We were to,d that was her 7th time having a tantrum in front of customers. I’m not sure why Katie is still employed. I also heard an employee on a different day talk about another employees hair color. Katie has purple hair, so how is that not a violation as well? We have encountered her multiple times and she has been rude to employees as well as customers. They have good employees that are talked about and treated bad by other employees, management being one of the ones being rude. When an employee asks for help they are spoke harsh to as if they are dumb. It’s ridiculous. On days they have 4-5 employees, you rarely see them unless it’s the one at the register. We stood there while 2 had a conversation ignoring the fact we were standing there. I recorded that moment and they didn’t even care. I can fully understand why they are short handed. The shopping experience was going okay until it came time for my daughter to need to use the fitting room. We waited and waited some more time. Someone cut line at one point. Then a lady went to the other room after her two friends used it and occupied the room for a long time while one of her friends repeatedly brought her clothes to try on. It was such a trying experience. I feel one of the workers, who did walk by a few times, should have instructed the ladies to free up the fitting room. My daughter and I were quite upset about the whole situation. She placed some clothing back on the rack and we left the Outlet...

Tons of cute clothes that are trendy even for a woman my age. (In my 30s) I do wish they were even 3-5 dollars cheaper. I find them to be like Shein and sometimes like clothes from wish. As far as some of the way the fabric feels. Not all of Burkes clothes feel that way.. just some. So all in all.. love shopping here. Just bought a cute outfit and can't wait to wear it next weekend to go see some old friends of mine. The outfit is seriously so comfortable yet stylish! 😍 😁
