My dear friends 28yr old daughter passed away very unexpectedly. My friend was even more distressed by the fact that due to financial difficulties there wasn't going to be any flowers so I decided to do a casket cover myself using ferns and wildflowers. I quickly realized that you need a special (expensive online) container and that it would never arrive in time. I looked on Google maps and Gifts from the Heart was nearby. My husband bought me a dozen roses for our 30th Wedding Anniversary. June 12, 2023. He also go our youngest daughter 1/2 dozen . Both in a vase. This is June 14, 2023 and they were already turning brown when I received them. My husband did not know he was just trying to do something nice for me. It is sad when a florist does know when their flowers are going bad and because maybe they did not know us they thought they could just throw their dying flowers in a bouquet and get FULL price. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS! I ordered a beautiful arrangement from their website and what they delivered was horrible and looked nothing like what I paid for. I paid $128 and expected it to be beautifully arranged and have the same flowers and greenery that was pictured. I emailed them 3 times saying I was disappointed and no one responded. I wasn’t expecting any money back and I told them that in an email but I did ask them to make it right hopefully by delivering another arrangement to the recipient.
