O'Reilly Auto Parts — Local services in Crossville

I worked at an auto parts store part time for years and this store being new thinking they would be all about customer service but I went in to buy a star bit set the one I was going to buy had already been opened I asked if I could take it outside and make sure it was the correct size and sales guy told me absolutely not now I’ve always let customers do this so we could sell the product first time I’ve ever seen such a rude sales person like this. This store better work on it’s customer service skills otherwise people aren’t going to take their business elsewhere we have been doing it for years this store is new and needs new employees they don’t want to help customers or come from behind the counter and do anything this is the second time I have had an issue with O’Reillys Auto and I’m trying to decide whether or not I will give them another chance or not. My Rv broke 6 of 8 studs on the rear wheel on Christmas Eve and this new store in Crossville was open and had the studs in stock. The employees at this new store were extremely helpful, Alex actually helped me remove some really torqued bolts out of the hub to help speed me up on assembly. Excellent customer service. I was told by O'Reillys in Rainsville the blinker bulb they gave me might fit but they wasn't sure. Didn't offer to even check.
