Dallas Antenna — Local services in Crowley

I was taken advantage of. I asked for my antenna to be moved and instead I was told I just needed a stronger one. I was treated like I didn't know anything. I also realized they didn't bother to replace the coax cable to the house, which is close to 20 years old. UPDATE---- After making 3 appointments with my daughter to take care of the problem, he blew her off each time. I'm glad people are happy, but if you are a senior, beware. He will make promises but won't keep them.

*UPDATE * A neighbor came over and had a signal finder. It turns out Dallas antenna had the antenna pointed in the wrong direction which is why I had problems. So I guess this fellow at Dallas didn't really know what he was doing. Not to mention he overcharged for the antenna...

I recently had the pleasure of contracting the services of Dallas Antenna, and Kevin in particular, for cutting the cord from high cable company bills. It is not often you can honestly use the word pleasure and contractor in the same sentence but Dallas Antenna truly deserves its reputation for going above and beyond the call of duty.

I did not have a typical installation but without boring you with the details what I will say is that Dallas Antenna is very responsive to calls and emails and will work non-stop to resolve a problem, even one they haven't run up against, until an answer is found and you, the customer, are totally satisfied. I’m a DIY-er. Those of you in my tribe understand that google, YouTube and sheer intelligence makes us invincible. Bah! I bought a highly rated antenna and did my thing… it worked, mostly…but I was having issues after a while. Those issues made my home life sad because I am not an antenna expert. These guys are!

Hire these guys! Cory came by and totally fixed us. What was acceptable before his visit was shoddy in retrospect - after his help I’m in high cotton because these folks are experts in their field. I now don’t have to worry about it - it’s 100% perfect reception.

I wish I had started by just hiring someone who does this for a living - it would have been much cheaper than the path I chose before.
