Save yourself the hassle and donāt move here! We lived here for a year and 7 months. Not because I wanted to but bc I knew I didnāt want to move unless it was a move to a house. We had Straight hell the entire time. From incompetent staff to maintenance issues to loud annoying neighbors, stabbing death and so much more. I first reported mold/mildew in the master restroom of apt 1133 in December 2023 less than 4 months after moving in. There was a leak when it rained shingles were missing from the roof. They wouldnāt do anything except paint over it. I advised sending someone to look at the roof. No one did anything. I suffered with bronchitis until I moved. I even explained I have severe allergies to mold and mildew. So from the time I moved in until I moved which was March 15,2025 I had to live in that. Everyone played dumb. My request constantly fell upon deaf ears. That was my biggest problem. Thereās so much more but not enough space. The head of maintenance said it was the moisture from the dryer which was on the opposite side of the apartment that caused the mold which made no sense. But why is nothing being done? They finally sent painters Feb 2025 to cut out the mold. Work orders get closed without actual completion. The property is nasty. You have to keep asking and going in and repeating the same thing bc no one is competent enough to understand. Staff isnāt so great either they are incompetent or sensitive and cry when you are expressing your frustration to a property your clearly over paying for. The rental amount is not worth it. Leaks in the roof, loud and ghetto environment where ppl donāt respect anyone. Theft, murders bad children. Man you name it. This property should be put on housing cause thatās definitely the vibe. I moved March 15th. Turned In keys the same day. They charged me for March 16 and will not give me the rest of my deposit. Of course they tried to make up as much charges as they could to keep the majority of the deposit but the charges are considered their makeready charges. Paint and carpet, are you serious? I have emailed the district manager Bryan as well as a lady that claimed she was from corporate Cheryl as well as spoke with the manager Melly no one will respond when they know theyāre wrong. Iāve been told they donāt pay their vendors which resulted to Liens being placed on the property. Hmmm, I wonāt name no names but letās say they are still there now that the property has been bought by a new company. This property and its staff are a total mess. If you want peace, comfort and competent staff and affordability in todayās world; please keep looking and save yourself the frustration. The inside may appear nice but there are so many leaks, rats and nasty tenets and not to mention the dang train blowing through there at any time of day and night. Trust me, youāll be happy else where. If anyone does post a positive review itās bc the office ask them to after they get a bad review. But believe me the 1 star reviews are correct the 4 stars are lies and at this point thiefās as well bc they are holding money that does not belong to them.
Update: someone responded to my review and asked that I email them. I have sent the email but...

Rating 4 stars because Iām still new!!! Otherwise 5 stars āļø
I just moved in and so far, so good. Gabby and the ladies in the office have been kind and the application process up until move in was simple. They were all super helpful and available in answering my questions whenever I called. It was the holidays, and things were busy but the leasing manager stayed really sweet and helped everyone that came through the door, juggling so many tasks at once while closing. She took the time out to locate and complete my move in while her colleagues were out. Double Kudos for that.
Nothing was wrong with my apartment, it was beautiful with large kitchen, garden tub, a large balcony, and lots of closet space and light.
The leasing office was on top of getting the person that referred me their incentive. They have really good deals running and they make sure that you are aware of them, unlike some places.
I had a key issue moving in, and maintenance was right there to fix the issue in like 5min. My apartment is quiet and there seems to be a mix age group of neighbors, old to young. Neighbors seem to care about their area and keep it clean and decorated, which is also a plus.
Parking doesnāt seem to be an issue and I notice there are open spaces at all times for my building with plenty of carports available still. I was told to get a carport or garage, but I am waiting to see if I absolutely need it. So far, so good.
Most importantly, Iām next to my kidās school and the location is close to everything I need to get to while still being out and away from the noise of the city.
I havenāt noticed the train noise much as I moved from a place downtown that was right next to the train tracks. Haha, Iām already used to it.
My only gripe was that I could not bring my washer/dryer and theirs is cool, but definitely not drying my clothes like Iām used to. Hopefully, they will change this policy and allow residents to use their own appliances. Because I miss my Samsungš .
Donāt let the bad reviews steer you away. I definitely recommend checking them out. Prices are affordable for what you...
Ā Ā Ā Read more2023 Review was 5 stars I love these apartments!! The leasing staff are very supportive and friendly. The staff is great! The location is great even if it's by a train track, you get used to it! I recommend anyone and EVERYONE to come live here! Shout out to Francescia for making me feel the most at home in a place that I don't have family :)
2025 Update I am no longer apart of this community, and my last year here was horrible. From having Gabby lie to the new manager that I wanted to renew my lease for 6 months instead of 13 like I emailed them (I've had my problems with Gabby in the past, and refused to accept her service/help when she was in the office), to having my car towed from my paid parking spot for no reason other than there being a false photo of a paper tag that I NEVER sent Landmark nor the towing company. With that situation, the new manager tried to gaslight me for an hour, stating that it was my fault that my car was towed. Before I even went in to talk to her, I sent her proof that both Landmark and the towing company had proof of my actual car tags. After finally listening to what I was saying and checking her email, she then saw that they were in the wrong and released my car. I had to call into work due to that situation. There are no more resident events! Those brought the community together, were always a fun time, and a good way to learn about those living around you. There is zero communication from the leasing office, including a situation where another resident was stabbed and died from their wounds, and all of us residents had to find out through Facebook (Thank you CrowleyTalk!) The things that once made this community great are now gone. I wouldn't bother moving here...
