I absolutely love this complex and the management especially!! I have been on the waiting list for 2 years and Ms. Rhonda got me and my 3 babies in our apartment so fast and in such a lovely manner. I love this community!! My kids are able to be at the playground whenever they like, they love the pool and the friendly relationship that Ms Rhonda gives us all. And for all the ones saying these mean things abt Ms Rhonda and the rules that she’s enforcing, quit it! Every apartment is going to have rules and regulations and things for residents to follow. Just because she’s doing her job and trying to make our homes beautiful and safe doesn’t mean she’s being too much or being rude. Just so y’all know, when it comes to the playground and y’all not “ being able to have my kids outside “ that’s absolutely ridiculous. There’s a noticeable sign on the playground that clearly states that the children need to be supervised while on the playground and at the pool. So there’s no reason to be coming after Ms Rhonda the way that y’all do. How about y’all read your lease policies and the SIGNS!! This is the best apartment community I’ve over seen and been in. Before Ms Rhonda ever got here, this place was trashed!! There’s was always trash everywhere, there was nothing beautiful about this place. But Ms Rhonda comes in and makes it look a whole home setting and welcoming beautiful community. There is so much more great things I could say about this place and Ms Rhonda, but I’m just gonna leave this here and leave y’all to ponder on what y’all have said or are thinkin about sayin abt this place and Ms Rhonda. The Palladium at Crowley is definitely the place to be!! If y’all need a place come here!! You’ll absolutely...
Read moreI have been living at Palladium Crowley for 2years, and it has been a fantastic experience. The property is beautifully maintained, with lush landscaping and clean, well-lit common areas.
The management Ms. Rhonda and her team is responsive and genuinely cares about the residents, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
I saw in a previous review negative response about Ms. Rhonda. Let me note that there has been times I have been outside and have seen children with NO supervision. I have had to help other children because they have gotten hurt by others childern.
An apartment manager typically prefers that children are supervised while playing outside for several important reasons: 1.Safety concerns Liability issues 3.Property Damages Noise and Disturbance This list could go on..
Overall, the goal of these concerns is to create a safe, pleasant, and well-maintained living environment for all residents.
The amenities are top-notch, including a well-equipped gym, a sparkling swimming pool, and inviting communal spaces like the clubhouse. My apartment itself is spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with high-quality finishes and appliances.
One of the standout features is the sense of community here. The neighbors are friendly, and the complex regularly hosts events that make it easy to meet people and feel connected. Additionally, the location is ideal, with convenient access to shopping, dining, and public transportation.
Overall, Palladium Crowley offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and community. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great...
Read moreWhen I first moved to this property 2 years ago everything was great. The property manager was very welcoming and involved with the tenants, and knew everyone on a first name basis. The kids would play outside and it was a very welcoming environment, I felt very at peace coming home. Unfortunately management has changed twice since then. The newest manager, Rhonda, is literally the spawn of satan in flesh, to say the least. She harasses the kids outside and yells at them as if they’re her own. Now let me say that she has commended my kids’ mannerisms and behavior on multiple occasions. So to walk out and see her yelling at them (after telling her multiple times not to address them without me present, because clearly she doesn’t have patience for kids) I resorted to telling my children to simply walk away from her if she approaches them (to avoid a legal conflict after receiving this advice from the police officer). Might i add she was yelling at them because they had a guest and she clearly has an issue with kids of darker complexions (ironic). Since she’s started working here the kids no longer play outside, the property is literally practically empty during after school hours. Instead the children opt to all go to one or the other’s apartments to avoid the conflict outside. Tensions here are TERRIBLE. Please let me advise you if you have kids THIS IS NOT THE PROPERTY FOR YOU.
