Repz fitness is a great community and business. The gym has flexible hours and good quality solid equipment with knowledgeable trainers and staff. I have been at Repz for almost 3 months now as a complete novice to good fitness practices and for me working out has been often associated with a negative four-letter word. This negativity towards the struggle that fitness can be has not shown up for me at while at Repz thanks to my trainer, Olivia. Olivia has had excellent availability and responsiveness that is even more powerful due to the custom tailored workout plan that she created for me using the gym's membership portal/app. Between the robust workouts designed, 1-on-1 training; and the ability to essentially IM her for any questions has been invaluable. Being able to learn about variations for workouts or proper form via IM while at the gym with high likelihood of hearing back from her during that very workout has allowed me to progress steadily at my routines even when healing with an injured hamstring. Having fitness topical knowledge from youtube/books/app allows for easily learning how to do the exercises in the proscribed workout but working with a trainer like Olivia has lead me to better understand the why behind the routines and supersets and push vs pull days etc. I don't feel like I am just following a bland workout guide. Other gyms have left me feeling either underworked and sweaty or so overworked I needed several days to even feel up to workout again but rather Repz has designed workout routines with enough progression and challenge that the stats tracked allow me to see my improvements for each and every workout without knocking me out like my few attempts at Orange Theory provided. If you want a HIT workout; Olivia and the other trainers do lead an excellent bootcamp throughout the week at various hours if that level of hype and encouragement with peers is more your speed.
TLDR; Repz is an awesome gym here in Crowley Texas but the trainers make this place a worthwhile investment in time and money and will encourage and push you to achieve whatever goal you've set before you whether that be general excellent fitness or training for...

Always aware of well being of each athlete weather it be building confidence or injury. If injured they will evaluate the injury and work directly with that injury to correctly heal and rebuild the body so you do not overcompensate the other muscles to not form bad habits. Truly cares about their clients and always supports them no matter the outcome. They will always go above and beyond.
I have known the owners for a long time now and prior to taking my daughter straight to the doctor and being out several weeks on an injury I always call them and have them check her and we do a workout plan to get her back up and going. She has never been out the standard 6-10 weeks you see with most doctors’ orders. We have always come back stronger and ready to roll.
