Service quality has hit rock bottom at this store. In the last 3 months one employee yelled at us for doing what other employees have asked us to do (pushing carts loaded with large bags of dog food behind the register so they can easily scan them). When my wife explained that other employees have asked us to do this they openly ridiculed her.

Last week, they failed to put two purchases into their “frequent buyer” system. When I asked if they discontinued that program the lady at the register became openly defensive and snapped back “You didn’t ask for that.” I spoke with a lady there 2 days later about that incident and she apologized and said “I am so sorry sir. We do not do business like that.”

Today, I waited outside for 10 minutes for my feed to be brought out and loaded. The lady at the register told me they only had one person working. That was true because when I walked back to see what the hold-up was, 2 guys had their feet up and one guy was doing...

They keep there animals in terrible conditions and don't know what there doing. I'm not an animals rights activiste but I do think you have to treat animals right. They had big, rabbits in tiny cages that they can't even take one hop in. Neither the rabbit or chinchilla had hay like they need none of the rodents had things to chew on. They have to chew or it causes dental issues for them in the future. And their poor chinchilla had a light on in his cage that made it to hot for him. Tall make pets mart and pet Co look like saints when it comes to taking care of animals. I would have loved to buy that chinchilla but I'm not going to save it just so you morons can buy another and put it threw the same hell, nor am I going to buy it to have it die on me cause yall didn't give it the proper diet and ecerise it needs. I hope this company opens their eyes and start taking care of their animals or stop...

As a passionate large-scale farmer and director of a non-profit organization, I want to share my heartfelt appreciation for this store's exceptional communication and service. Every team member treats me with genuine respect; their expertise is awe-inspiring!

After reading various reviews, I find it hard to understand the concerns about pricing. If low prices are your only priority, Walmart is an option, but this is clearly the place to be for top-notch service and a welcoming atmosphere!

Let’s not forget how important it is to support our local businesses whenever possible. Everyone here goes above and beyond, from the friendly front desk to the dedicated team who loads my truck. I’m incredibly grateful for that experience—it's something not found everywhere.

One small idea I have would be to broaden the chicken selection. Keep up the fantastic work!
