I have been to this bowling alley multiple times and have never been so disappointed with how they are "keeping up"with the facility. The shoes were bad but the worst part were the water leaks on lane 15 & 16 as there were a lot of wet seats and a bucket in the middle of the area. When my father in law went up to desk to talk about the leak the kid at the counter laughed and said it would be funny to see someone fall. Why you would say this to someone you see is already having trouble walking is not funny but was excused because of the kids age (though he's old enough to know better.)

Lanes ruined my 2 month old ball leaving it looking like it had been stabbed with a knife numerous times. Said they would resurface it for free. Left it to them for a week and got it back untouched. Left it again for almost another week and still unable to get it back. Was told they'd call me next week cause they was unsure about something regarding the repair and never bothered to call and ask me. Keep the ball. Won't be returning.

AWFUL this place should not be in business!! Their shoes are ancient!! And they won’t give bumpers to kids over 12!! AND the bowling balls are outdated and they hurt! Their bowling balls are oily!

Group of 3 We paid $70 for 2 hours of bowling. And $10 for loaded fries. The food was good no complaints. Worst bowling experience ever. But not completely due to the bowling side. There are very few ball choices. Majority of the balls i found were 14lbs plus. My group was never offered bowling shoes. So we bowled in our sneakers, then I asked for bumpers for my girlfriend, who is 24 but never bowled. They told me that since we had no small kids we couldn't have the bumpers, I explained that the group next to us is only adults and they have bumpers. The response was "oh it must've been like that before we put them on that lane." so they ended up "letting" us use the bumpers on the $70 worth of bowling we paid for. Then i waited about 15 minutes to be served at the bar. Not because they were busy but presumably because my entire friend group is younger than the average bar customer(we are all 24) Average prices $5 for premium beer $3 for domestic if youre able to get the bartender to serve you. My friend didn't have ID so he wasn't able to drink (tried to provide picture of id because lost walllet) they didn't let him drink obviously so we went on about our night without incident, and then about an hour later the bartender is interrogating me about my friend drinking. I explain to her that they did not accept his ID so he has not been able to drink and she could easily check that herself rather than harass me about it publicly. She continued to ask me if im sure, I politely told her that I would be leaving. I'm a tourist and went here with a local friend. Will not spend my money at a bar that doesn't sell beer. I got a refund for the bowling and left with no plans of ever visiting this location again. Are all guests treated this way? Or is it only the ones with out of state id? I guess when your the only bowling alley in town you can do anything you...

Worst experience. They rented a single lane to us due to high volume, despite the fact we had 10 bowlers mostly kids who would need assistance and 2 adults to assist, this means 4 chairs in that row, to the 10 paid admissions. They rented the lane beside us to 2 young girls, who had 2 other friends not bowling join them, we were as a group using 6 of the 8 chairs, (mind you 10 paid)The young man in charge then demanded the rest stand due to the little teen girls across wanting the seats we had, despite this splitting our party up. We paid good money to have to wait upstairs to supervise instead of being close to the 10 children we had participating, or stand for 2 hours.

Horrible attitude for the young man. He obviously felt quite swayed by the nearly nude young ladies tantruming for our seats, though we all paid in our group and only 2 of the 4 ladies had paid and were participating. Those 2 young ladies had available seating, only their UNPAID guests did not. We won't be returning, nor will any of the participants from...

I really hate that I had a bad experience, maybe it was just a bad day. But, we were told to be there at 2 we got there and they were cleaning up another party (no big deal at all) we were then told to wait until 2:15 to go in. It took them the entire time we were there to cook the pizzas, every time we would ask about them they would give us different times to come back. We finally got it 30 minutes before time to leave and they didn’t wait for us to finish before throwing it and our stuff away basically making us leave and didn’t give us time to do anything. The few workers I did talk to although were extremely nice. I’m sad that I had this experience because I probably...
