One time I was here and their cosmic bowling lanes were filled up. And couldn't reserve a lane? Idk made no sense to me. (And weren't gonna wait til a lane was free) And if you have a child that is still in diapers, they don't have a changing table. Fair warning. I do love their looking new lanes and a lot of them. I won't stop going to them, since they are the closest. And never once had the bowl return mechanism had issues. Maybe it's a newer place compared to one in Keyser, idk. Last time I was there, they weren't busy. Maybe their busy time is the cosmic bowling. Overall It's a nice place and still go there...

ladies at counter are on their phones taking selfies and snap chatting not paying attention to customers, i ordered a pizza (pep & mushroom) she said “ok” and walked away…. 30 mins later she is screaming “sir, sir” insisting the pizza on the counter is mine… with sausage and mushroom: quite frustrating. not that hard to serve 40 people in the whole building a drink and a pizza. i am a server and will serve a table of 40 by myself with drinks, appetizers, and food. yes it’s just “a bowling alley” but that’s your job, do it. otherwise do something else, this is a place of fun, no need for...

Attended a birthday party for our nephew and 2 pizzas were ordered for the party. More people showed up than expected and when we went to the snack bar to order more, we were informed we couldn't order more because they were out of pizzas. So we said ok we'll order a few and have them delivered and were informed we were not permitted to bring outside food into the establishment. I understand running out of a certain product, but to forbid the customer from then bringing in their own is uncalled for. Also a few drug tests for the employees wouldn't be a bad idea,...
