Was there on new years day!!! Firstly i would like to clarify that the young man that waited on me after the manager on duty brushed me off on him he was AMAZING and very polite and customer oriented, appologetic and empathetic to my situation!! SECONDLY i am a general manager for a fast food chain and if i had heard one of my members of mananagenent addressing a customer the way your manager on duty addressed me they would have been reprimanded immediately Yes they were busy and i overlooked that it took them 7 minutes to acknowledge that i was standing there with my sandwich in hand even though they presented an order to a customer right next to me... I am in my second trimester of pregnancy and i ordered a tendergrill sandwich and it didnt look like it was completely cooked and i was worried about eating it and i just wanted it switched with something else i wasnt unpleasant i didnt get an attitude because i understand but the response that i recieved wasnt warranted or necessary "it comes to us already cooked we just send it through the broiler to complete the cooking process" ok you also put fries in a deep fryer but if you pull them early theyre still going to be disgusting... after getting the brush off from the manager who handed me off to the young man running for both counter and dt who was again AMAZING he personally went back and made me a different sandwich... maybe you should rethink your management team! Great job young man i didnt catch your name but i hope you catch this praise you were awesome!!! Made my visit a much better one after dealing with the unnecessary story i recieved about my grilled chicken- for future I DONT CARE HOW ITS COOKED I JUST DONT CARE...
Read moreA huge disappointment. Ordered from the app for pick up. My husband and I went inside after we arrived. A few ppl in line and a gentleman and young boy waiting for an order. We ordered 2 melts, 3 cheesy tots, 1 cheesestick and 2 drinks. After we waited 37 min, my husband ask about our order. The same worker who had been stationed at the same spot since we got there says, "oh yeah here it is". The order was just sitting there. I was done when the entire ordeal. We left. When we got in the truck, we began eating. Well, the food was cold, cheesesticks were gross, cheesy tots less than desirable and our melts that are suppose to be on sourdough were on burger buns. As a former manager at a BK, the entire visit was poor. I contacted customer service. I was offered a $5 coupon. Not even worth it to be honest. The entire order should have been refunded and probably would have been if I had wanted to turn around on industrial blvd and backtrack and fight traffic just to go into the establishment to wait even longer to complain. I understand both sides in the business... Bottom line...if you won't eat it, don't serve it and I sure wouldn't have served it to customers as it was...
Read moreOrdered on the app, went through the drive through to pick it up and was greeted by someone who sounded upright rude saying “we’re closed for the evening”, so i drove back around and the same lady stated the same thing. when i proceeded to try and let her know that my order was placed on the app and that i wanted my money back she screamed again saying “we’re closed for the evening” as if i didn’t hear her the first time. i proceeded to continue telling her that i want my money back. she said it’ll come through and we will decline it and it’ll issue a refund, and tried to get us to leave. needs much kinder employees, and needs to have an update on their hours if this will occur frequently. the app shouldn’t let you order, and there should be a sign on at least the door or the drive...
