Was honestly shocked at the lack of variety of items. They had a few of each but not much of a selection, the facility is pretty large but half of it is used for DVDs. I had no clue people still bought/rented them. Also the cashier spent the entire time standing at the counter watching my every move. Made it a very uncomfortable shopping experience.

EDIT: it may be beneficial for you to have the CRS agent standing at the counter ready to help, HOWEVER I was the only person in the store and she asked me more than once if I needed help. With the type of store you run people feel less comfortable with people hovering over their shoulders, I've worked in Customer Service and Retail for years. I would not want my customers to feel uncomfortable while they shop. It was not the lack of items because of stocking or an ice storm, you simply do not have that large of a selection and that is fine. For some people your store works great for others it doesn't.
