I have been working out with 2B Fit for 4 years. This is the first time in many years of trying to stick with an excercise routine. I tried them all, but 2B Fit bootcamp is the first one that worked. Read moreI take bootcamp classes there. Each day is different, but it always kicks my butt, strength, balancing, all with added cardio. I've been going at least 3 times a week and I've noticed myself getting stronger. It's not easy if you are out of shape like me, but I find it easier as months go by. It really is a great workout and you get what you put in.
