We were very skeptical walking into Bacchus Lounge. We had seen a newspaper clipping from back in January 2019 boasting their gumbo and creole cuisine. However, upon walking in it looked like more of a bar. Very laid back, old looking tables. Nothing fancy. The restaurant in the front is more fine dining but that is not really our style. We were craving something like a bistro or brewery type of feel. Walked into what was more like a laid back bar & gril . Was very skeptical as the menu ranged from pizza to entrees like grilled pork chop with jambalaya.
