if you value your health go elsewhere. ive had 4appts have resolved nothing. none of the several tests theyve done or the medications theyve prescribed has been sent to my pcp in 6 months of appts. I need a refill for my rx been calling everyday since thursday AND cvs has reached out neither one of us has gotten anywhere. No sort of voicemail line just says not in office listen to this hold music. and god forbid you have to check in as the front desk lady took AN HOUR to check in 2 people then told my theyd "have to see if shell see me this late" i was there half an hour before my appt her incompetence made me an hour late. every single time i come shes gotta get ALL my phi and scan cards claiming shes never done it even though she did it all three previous appts amd still never correctly takes it as ALL of my info is still wrong in the system. absolutely do not go here unless you have to. and no i wont be calling the patient experience line read the reviews and...

Really nice. New building. Ample and sensibly laid out parking. They moved into it in August of 23. My understanding is they will be building a new hospital there which will replace old falls general. I don't have enough good things to say about these people. Everyone that I have had any interaction with from physicians to physicians assistants, nurse practitioners, to nurses to support staff to schedulers have been smart, capable and friendly as all get out.
