This is a pretty nice facility as far as the pool. The only trouble is the lifeguards/pool manger try to make their jobs as part time as possible. I try to go a couple of times a week and 95 percent of the time, the pool is closed for like an hour to let the "scary" weather pass. There is one time I can say they legit need to close up for weather. I have a friend in another neighborhood with a community pool who has to follow the same rules as Cypress Point. Whenever they close the pool because there is a storm on the radar 20 miles away with potential lightning (that is a real reason I was told on one occasion) I just go to their neighborhood where the lifeguards don't mind to work..I mean since that is what they signed up for and are paid to do. This summer has been a joke with this staff and their BS. Whoever is in charge, besides the 18 ish year old who manages the other kids should really pop in more unannounced to check on things.
