I just placed an order on their website for pick-up and the pre-paid with a credit card. My credit card issuer confirmed that they charged my credit card. Then the website said āoops your order can not be processed please call the locationā I called the Cypress location at the number on the same screen and was told that is NOT their website (though it has their contact information and the Merchant contact information transmitted to American Express for the order is the correct info for this restaurant) and to call the people on the site to cancel my order. That is beyond disappointing seeing that is who I called. I placed the order AGAIN on the phone and requested an online refund for the original charge since the person on the phone continued to say they can not help me. My husband went up there 20 minutes and still waited 40 minutes for our order. What he brought home was not a gyro. It was a cheese pizza folded in half with dried out slivers of gyro meet lettus and tomatoes. I went back up to get a refund and spoke to a man who came just came back from deliveries and he argued with me saying this is what I ordered and how they serve them. He would not give me a refund. I left and left him the "gyro". I apologized to him. But prior to that he said the driver had a lot of deliveries and he apologized, however he said I had to call SLICE, the app I ordered through. Apparently no one is responsible because SLICE called the restaurant and then they said the restaurant would not honor a discount or refund because everything was ācorrectā.
