If you want safety for your toddlers I would not recommend this place. This place has gone down. I brought my two children on July 1st. I was only there for 30mins and left. After paying we walked in and there were big kids on the swings that go around going so fast I believe there was an Asia maybe 2yrs old hit some way his grandmother was consoling him thatās just 15mins in. I have a 4yr old whose birthday was at the end of July and a 1yr old. My 4yr old got in line to slide down the big slides while waiting an older Hispanic girl maybe 7yrs starts sliding but stops midway using her arms. Her mother is not paying attention and neither is the staff. My 4yr old comes down on the slide and slight runs into her. She turns around and yells for him to stop. My 4yr old doesnāt understand what he is doing wrong but the big girl stills doesnāt come down the slide so I said ā he didnāt mean to, come on down so everyone can have a turnā in which the big kid did. Her mother was behind me on a wall and said āhe needs to wait his turnā somehow she missed everything that happened or just didnāt care. I politely said she is holding up the slide and everyone should be able to get a turnā she still said he she wait his turn. Then she starts cursing in Spanish which was not okay in front of other children. So at this time while she is cursing a little girl maybe 5yrs came down on the big slides sitting on a car full blast. The Hispanic lady had her baby in a bouncer next to the tables and the little girl ran right into him. Hispanic lady grabs her baby and yells at the little girl. The little girlās grandmother comes over and tells her to apologize and she did while this is happening my 1yr old comes down the slide and it takes her time to get up and my 4yr old came down while she was still getting up and stepped on her hand but the pinky. I kid you not the Hispanic lady laughs. Keep in mind her baby just got hit full speed but that didnāt even stop her. Forgot this part As the adultās grandmother apologizes to Hispanic lady the daughter of the Hispanic lady goes over to the little girl and said something. The little girl was so scared that she asked her grandmother to leave. I asked staff if there is something that can be done to banned parents for poor behavior and she no but she could give me management number she also offered to talk to the Hispanic lady but I said thatās okay. This place is horrible. I use to visit this place all the time...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreItās a cute place but definitely needs some upgrades and maintenance.
Itās all about atmospheres for the little ones and that is where my 3 stars goes to, but with that also comes safety when owning these type of places. Thereās roping that is too big for their little legs and I saw several toddlers (2-4) whoās legs got caught in it or went straight through it but in a āoh that looks like it can cause some pelvic fracturesā.
I noticed that a tunnel that connects to the slides is within its limits of collapsing, the screws are missing or loose and itās just a matter of time before some kid falls or an adult pushes it to its limit.
The mats that cover the flooring were not properly put in and is literally a tripping hazard, saw many kids slip because the mat came up.
Their swing carousel is super fun but again, needs some MAJOR TLC.
Heating: the place is super hot and the fan that they have set up is only pointed at the employees at the front.
Staff wise: I just walked in and they asked how many kids and then I paid, there was no explanation or waiver signed. Truly not much of a conversation was had. I mean for me I donāt personally care but legal wise they may want to have something considering itās easy to sue them because of this.
Overall, itās a cute place but I would rather be at kids empire or somewhere...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy daughter and I have been this place a few times. However, during my most recent visit, I noticed there were some kids who were not playing extremely rough. Incidents such as instead of crawling through a tunnel, they climbed on top of a tunnel, and pushed people whoever was in front of them. This not only was dangerous for themselves but also posts a risk to other kids in the area, especially the much younger ones. At one point they even started hitting each other on purpose. I saw lots of kids who were originally playing in the same area left and sat on the side with their parents because they were shocked about how violent these kids were and didn't want to get hurt. The staff tried to warn them but they did not listen. Neither did their parents co-operate. If the kids were rude and being reckless to certain extent, and especially when parents were not correcting them, I would hope them to be asked to leave the play area so all other kids can enjoy a safe playing...
