Don’t waste your time or money here! I wouldn’t even give it one star! Went to this place since my nail tech was booked and needed a fill before an event and this was most convenient because the location was by my house, worst thing I ever did! First off the place smells like sewer, they greet you then offer more services like “oh you need pedicure” which is fine but once I said no it’s a NO! Like how rude I “need” one! Then the younger lady has to explain to the older lady nail tech doing my nails what I want since she can’t understand English! This lady started buffing my nails getting ready for a re fill proceeds and doesn’t push back any cuticles or cut no cuticles off, now I’m not no nail tech but this is an do believe this is an important step that she dismissed not once but twice after a week I went back with 3 nails missing. They didn’t even last one full week, I asked her to just fix those and AGAIN didn’t push back cuticles and by this point my other nails looked like 2-3 week nails. So I left that place with 2 shiny nails while others looked dull and like 2-3 week grow out. I thought whatever I just won’t ever come here again!!! 4 days later another nail popped off so I just decided to take them all off THEN I realized one nail that had previously lifted and she fixed had green nail fungus!!!!!!!! I can’t make this up y’all! I wish I can just do more than write a bad review and complain to higher board. But I’ll just leave this here and take it as lesson learned! Also read reviews! Never again cheating on my nail tech !!!!...

Have you ever felt like you are just another dollar at a nail salon? For me nail salon relationships always start great but the customer service starts to fade. I can honestly say that I am a bit picky when it comes to my nail salon experience. I had a “nail emergency” as I broke a nail and had to catch a flight. I drove passed K&K Nail Bar and decided to give it a try because I was pressed for time. Kelly greeted me...I told her my problem and she immediately found a color match and fixed my nail...better than it was done before.

Fast forward...I was so impressed that I went back for nails and pedicure when I returned! I have now been a regular customer for a while because of the cleanliness of the salon, the customer friendly environment and the quality of service that K&K Nail Bar provides. I...

Worse place to get your nails done. I was the first one in the salon, I expected what I asked for which I showed a picture that was posted on their page so they obviously knew how to do. Unfortunately, I had different techs work on me since they got busy so instead of one lady working from beginning to end I had different ones sub in.(again I was the first one in there) I asked for ombre and instead got half one solid color half another no where blended in DO NOT waste your money. I really spoke to the nail tech to tell her how I felt and got "well everyone is different" after asking if they can do, then it was excuse after excuse instead of correcting and building a relationship.
