Nails Spa Palace — Local services in Cypress

Sadly this place just missed the mark for me. I was hoping to find a new nail salon and I researched a couple of places which lead me to this nail salon. The ladies who work here seemed nice enough but the place definitely felt dirty and not really taken care of. When I was sat down for my pedicure I noticed goldfish on the arm rest where I would normally set my phone and purse down. I kept it in my lap instead. When it was time to look through all the sample dip colors they had, I noticed that all the pallets were broken and hanging off. I guess the final part that lead me to give a bad rating, which I usually don't do, is now that its Tuesday(I got my nails done on Saturday) one of my nails has completely come off. I honestly feel that the woman who did my nails was very good but the product is cheap which lead it to not adhering to my real nail.The high ratings for this place is inaccurate...

I’m new to Cypress and trying out the different salons nearby. I got a citrus package pedicure for $32 which includes citrus scrub and paraffin was. They have others that include hot stones and additional services as well. (Regular pedi is $27)

I was treated by Kelly- very sweet lady, and she was probably more thorough than any other place I’ve been to. She scrubbed my callouses really well and gave me a long leg massage. The oils they use make my legs feel really cool and tingly. It was very pleasant.

Overall, the service was very good. They have a large selection of regular nail polish, as well as shellac, powders. I have made this salon my go-to place and continue visiting...

Update 7/20/2022...I love the service and all the ladies there but today I walked in and was told by a new lady that it would be a 2 hr wait. Another lady walked in and I warned her that if she didn't have an appointment it would be a 2hr wait. She said she didn't have an appointment so she asked the lady how long it would be. The lady told her 15 min!! I told the new lady that she had just told me 2 hrs...she looked at me and continued to work on the pedicure she was doing. I wanna know why this lady was told 15min and I was...
