Copper Kettle Chocolate Factory — Restaurant in Texas

Finally got to try this place after driving by it so many times and I can say I'll definitely be back. My boyfriend and I picked out quite a selection of truffles and chocolates and we were pretty pleased with most of them. There were a few flavors we didn't care for (champagne just had a weird taste to it and the banana was too fake tasting) but for the most part they were all delicious. The dark chocolate cherry jubilee was one of my favorites. One thing we did happen to notice though is that the non truffle chocolates we ordered seemed to have a slight mint flavor to them even though we did not order anything with mint in it. I'm guessing that the chocolates accidently absorbed some of the mint flavor from the mint chocolates that were sitting inside the same case. A slight turn off for us because neither one of us likes mint but honestly we still ate them because they tasted so good. Other than that we enjoyed what we got and will be back to try more...

I stopped by a few days before Christmas and the shop was pretty busy, but the staff did such a wonderful job of keeping a calm, leisurely atmosphere for the guests and I never felt rushed. They answered every question, helped make recommendations, and were genuinely friendly. I've had bad experiences at this type of shop (different store!) before and wasn't sure what to expect with Copper Kettle, but the staff here was top notch in their customer service. Initially really cute place lots of chocolate great smell. But was REALLY disappointed with the dubi chocolate that they are advertising.

For $7.59 after tax was expecting way better flavor. The Chocolate was too thick with little filling. No snap to the bar and just not great.
