The Shoppes of Dade City — Local services in Dade City

I wanted to pick up some dinner for the family, we dod not feel like cooking! Decided to go to publix and get some hot food from the deli. I get there about 6:30-6:45 p.m. I was shocked to see that they were breaking down the hot food section. This store doesn't close until either 9 or 10 p.m. I asked the girl if any more hot food was coming out and she sarcastically told me "no, have a good evening". No apology or anything. Why, why break down the hot food section so early. People don't get off work until 5 or 6, so they don't have a chance to stop at this Publix for dinner on the way home. I settled for a Publix sub, and boy what a disappointment. The bread was as hard as a rock. This Publix location is a disgrace to the Publix corporation. There was a time when no matter what Publix you went to they would go above and beyond expectations providing stellar service, and pleasant employees that cared about their customers and the work they do. I love this Publixs. The people are so friendly and helpful. They make some pretty excellent sugar-free diabetic cheese cake thumbs 👍 my mother absolutely loved it. The oatmeal cookies you guys make for diabetic people are 😋 yummy also. Yes, I tried both with her out of curiosity, but I love my sweets 😆 only once in a while, so I'll keep the real deal. I love the fast shimshi and sushi it's never let me down. Your fresh fruits and vegetables last not rotting within a few days like most places. Thank You!
