My first job was at Burger King having it your way has always been that way. This location has always given great service and great product well there was one other time when I had an issue with staff. Those staff are no longer there the ones that are there now should be emptying garbage cans to include management. One manager refused to come to the window although I could see her at The Filling Station one manager snatched the bag out of my hand and proceeded to tell me that a chicken fillet for the original would not go on a regular bun. I ordered off my app with a six digit code buy one get one original chicken sandwiches I requested them to be on non sesame seed buns. I also ordered a value fry which I asked to be fresh. The girl basically put me on hold and had to ask somebody I guess how to put it into the computer she came back with my total of $5 and change I asked oh did you get my value fry made fresh please?. She replied with you didn't say anything about a value fry. I replied yes I did please add it to my order. When I got to the window I paid and got my change a manager came to the window dark hair short stocky I did not catch her name because she didn't offer it nor did I know at that time what a production this would become. She proceeded to tell me how the original chicken filet would not fit on a regular bun asked me if it was a cheeseburger bun. I said I don't know I always order them without Sesame buns because medically I cannot have sesame's so whatever buns you have without Sesame will be fine. She walked away and began Yelling to the crew about how I wanted my sandwiches on a cheeseburger bun and how cheeseburger buns had Sesame so she didn't know what I was talking about and the little girl at the register looks frightened she finally gave me my change I moved to the second window. They hand me a bag with two original chicken sandwiches in sesame buns like they always come I took my fries out and started eating them at least they were halfway decent. I told the girl out the window that I had ordered them on non sesame seed buns. She called another manager it may have been the same one honestly I'm so livid right now I can't even see straight who said give it back to me and snatch the bag out of my hand and it still took another 5 to 10 minutes of discussion amongst this entire crew as to which buns had Sesame and which did not. I asked to speak to the manager and a girl in sweatpants and a sweatshirt with a name tag no Burger King emblem whatsoever came to the window I asked her twice was she the manager she said yes she decided to explain to me that it would either be two bottom buns from the chicken sandwich or potato bun because all the other buns have sesame's. I said I don't know what the bun is called I simply always order them on a non Sesame bun I don't understand why this is being treated like rocket science because it's not it is a simple request to have it my way so that I don't end up in the hospital. I was present with my children when a disturbing altercation took place between a supervisor and another employee. The aforementioned individuals engaged in a loud and unprofessional argument, during which they used profanity and made disparaging remarks about the cleanliness of the establishment. Furthermore, they actively attempted to incite a physical confrontation. This appalling behavior occurred within earshot and view of customers, including my young children, creating a hostile and unacceptable environment. As a direct result of this incident, customer service was severely disrupted, leading to significant congestion and walkouts. The French fries had changed, to a thicker fry. Which are okay, but not our personal preference (but they where still fried and seasoned perfectly.) The fries, even though Iām not a fan were made properly and not served undercook.
Nitpicky comment, the soda machine is just okay. Weāve noticed most locations with soda machines (mainly the free touch soda machines) stretching from Tampa Bay all the way to the Orlando area seem to either be under/over flavored or not properly carbonated. So a subpar soda while dinning at chain locations is expected! Itās a pleasant surprise when the soda is actually balanced properly.
The ice machine in the dinning area was practically out of ice and struggling; but it was also 7:30p when we came in, so whatever. Scratch that, I want ice in my soda. Please be more attentive to the ice dispenser for future guest!
