VIP Care, Dr. Medina this has to be the worse facility I’ve ever experienced in my life and I’m 74 years old. This doctor retaliated against me because I did not get the help that I needed from her staff member and complained she screwed everything up for me and yes, I got upset! Also, you have to go through hoops to get a message to the doctor thru a help desk.I saw her one time and then we did this useless video visit and she did not even review my MRI tests prior to the visit. I was able to get on the patient portal and noticed that she entered a diagnosis on a day that she didn’t even see me. She wrote a diagnosis on my patient portal,.. she had no clue what she was talking about. She did not like it because I got upset with her 2 staff members who were extremely rude and unhelpful. In fact, the one staff member who evidently didn’t tell the straight of it sent me on a wild goose chase to get blood work. I was on my way there to get blood work and I was called by this staff member that they had to cancel because nobody was there. Unbelievable!. I can only imagine what a another patient would’ve said. During our video call, she starts reprimanding me because I got upset with her staff member and instead of talking to me about my serious health issues. On a couple of occasions, I drove to their office and they were closed… they seem to close whenever they feel like it and they never answer the phone or return calls. I’ve never experienced a doctors office like this in my life. So this doctor added on the patient portal that I had a mental disorder which is definitely a retaliation against me. The diagnosis that she wrote down on July 29 was a day that I never even saw her at all and it needs to be REMOVED. A truly incompetent doctor with a bad temper. The previous doctor left in the cloak of darkness and I didn’t even know she left. I only saw her a couple of times so I inherited this Dr. Medina. All I want is for her to remove this last diagnosis she erroneously placed on my records. I think I need to seek legal consultation if this is not removed. This is not the way you treat...

I am a very carefull person in selecting a PCP. I visited 4 other Doctors before selecting VIPCare. I did my homework and found a very professional staff and Good Doctor. I found them to be warm and caring from the getgo. These were the vies I got while waitng at the office. Smiles and a sence of wanting to help was very present here. If you want the best care, then you have come to the right place.

09/24/2024. This has been the best emergency visit I have ever had. I call my Doctor My, "Wonder Woman". My wife called her and told her that I had fallen and pasted out. She arrangened an appointment right away. She saw me and gave me a full exam. The Doctor explained what could be the reasons for my passing out and made the appropriate referrals. She made very good recomendations up to telling my wife to watch over me as I showered. Her team took all of our concerns...

Dr. Clary Montalvo at VIPCARE has been my Primary Care Physician for over a year, and Dr.Montalvo and her staff, Jasmine, Hailie, Erica, and Miranda have provided me with a very thorough, professional, patient, and empathetic level of care that I’m so grateful and fortunate to receive. I apologize if I left a staff member out. But really, each person in that office deserves the best recognition and recommendation possible. It takes a great commitment to give this consistent excellent medical treatment daily.
