DEE-lightful little shop — Local services in Dahlonega

Oh wow! As the name of the shop implies it truly is a Dee-lightful "little" shop. The owner, Dee, integrated her name into the name. The shop itself is "little"in size, but is packed with an amazing inventory that has something for anyone that is down to earth, grounded, a little hippy/ bohemian, counter culture, and even for those that enjoy a little variety in their life. It's a little off the beaten path of traditional Helen, Ga shops, but if you know anything about getting off them beaten paths in life...that's where you find treasures. Quaint and cozy. The vibe is there from being greeted at the door by one of the cats meowing for a petting to the most gracious personable owners, Dee and Jeff(her hubby), that truly enjoy what they do and providing goods to folks that you don't come across in any normal retail shop. Every time I leave there I'm happy with what I've picked up, and wishing I had more money to spend to buy the many other things I really enjoyed. Don't let the size fool you. Jam packed with everything from clothing to soaps to dream catchers to jewelry and the list goes on. Great gift shop for those that live that earthy life. Awesome shop, awesome product, awesome person!! After visiting Anna Ruby falls I happened to see a sign for Dee’s shop ... I am SOOOOO glad I stopped in. Dee is a total sweetheart, so helpful, and so knowledgeable about her products (all handmade from different vendors that she has formed a relationship with over the years). My family and I went to this shop to browse after leaving Unicoi Park. What an awesome shop! They had a wonderful array of unique gifts, the aromatherapy oils and lotions were fantastic! The lovely folks that were helping us were absolutely fantastic. There were 9 of is in total and they spent time helping each of us with our selections. When my 6 yr old had a mini catastrophe with a small plant he wanted, it was re-potted, bagged and tears were turned to smiles in a jiffy!
