Becker's Bridal — Local services in Dallas Township

"The largest bridal store in the country is in tiny little Fowler, Michigan??"

That's the first question you'll ask yourself. You'll contemplate whether it's worth the drive, and I can promise you, it completely is.

The first time I came to Becker's was in 2008, completely against my will for my sister-in-law's search. It was tiny back then and only the two of us could come, but they blew me away with their selection, and of course she found exactly what she was looking for.

In 2015 I dragged my best friend, who lived in Pittsburgh and had been to 5 other shops, all the way to Becker's. They had a larger store by then, and we were able to bring a group. She was so specific in what she wanted and had already tried on 100 dresses. But she found it! Champagne pinkish, sweetheart neckline, flowy, and gorgeous. She sobbed. It was worth it...and I was a hero ;)

In 2025, ten years later, I drove myself from Akron, Ohio all the way to Becker's with my sister. (For older brides like myself (if you've been following the timeline), you should visit too. And 2nd time brides! And pregnant brides! They have everything to cater to what you are comfortable with!)

They are HUGE now! They have a huge dressing room area, and 2 floors of dresses. They have a bar to visit afterwards to have celebratory drinks! They have a separate area for dress pick up and accessory try-ons. I would still highly recommend you make an appointment because when it is high season, you will probably be sent away. However, if you make the appointment you get a dedicated employee who listens to your rants and scavenges the racks with you!

I brought shoes, veils, capes, earrings, headbands, etc that I found on Amazon and varying types of shapewear to make sure I got the best idea of what the dresses would look like on me. I highly recommend this for everyone, but they also have a large variety (minus shoes).

Angela worked with me. I'm overzealous, so I "liked" a bunch of dresses in the online portal, as well as sent them an email to see if a Outlet dress could be brought over from their other location, and to confirm all the dresses I wanted were in fact in stock. They had everything already pulled when I showed up (which may not be available for everyone, but I went in low season). Angela was incredibly supportive when I made a full 180 pivot from a cathedral length, plunging neckline, full lace, mermaid dress (what I always envisioned), to a sweetheart neckline, A line dress...THAT WAS FULL GLITTER WITH POCKETS!

The icing on the cake was when I emailed them the week my custom ordered dress was finished because I had seen the 2026 season dress releases and wanted a whole new dress (same maker, different neckline) and they were very kind and helped me find a seamstress with the skills to do the work I was looking for. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was still as happy with my dress as I was the day I ordered it.

Overall, you should go to Becker's. If you're worried about prices they have an Outlet location in Frandor (East Lansing, Michigan area). But I am proud and impressed with the expansions they have made over the years. They have grown into a really chic bridal shop from their humble beginnings. Recently, they even had Randy from Say Yes To The Dress there in person.

I had an amazing experience at Becker’s Bridal. I drove 5.5 hours just to visit, since it was highly recommended by a friend.

My consultant, Lisa, definitely had her work cut out for her, as I arrived overwhelmed and emotional, not knowing what I was looking for. She was my angel, because I’m not sure anyone else could have responded in a more perfect manner. She was so patient with me and broke it down so simply. I’m someone who lives in fear of making a wrong decision (so I often avoid difficult ones), but I want you to know that she helped this indecisive girl find something in 1 hour (which I though would take multiple visits, to different boutiques, stretched over WEEKS, just to find something I was in love with)! I was so impressed with the variety of dresses they offered. I used to think that most wedding dresses were so much alike- if you’d seen one, you’d seen them all… But she helped me find something that I felt was different and fit my personality. If you go here, definitely request Lisa.

Also, make SURE you go upstairs to celebrate, after she finds your perfect dress. That was just as much of an experience - you can celebrate with SHOTS, bougie mixed drinks, and a charcuterie board with your entourage OR they have great hot paninis if you’re there for lunch! The whole place is a Kodak moment. Highly recommend!

My ONLY disappointment was that they didn’t do any alterations on site. I can’t hold that against them, though, since Alyssa went above and beyond to do research and find someone in my area to refer me to (since I was visiting from “out of state”). She took it upon herself to shoot me a personal email, the Monday after… I couldn’t have asked for better customer service.

Words cannot express how much I appreciated Becker's Bridal in my bridal gown search. I had previously visited 3 other bridal salons and was starting to feel very discouraged. I am a curvier bride with body issues, so at first I really struggled with thinking that I could find the "perfect dress."

With some encouragement, my maid of honor recommended I try out Becker's Bridal because of the Allure bridal collection. I'm so glad that I did! Not only did I find my dress, but I found confidence in myself too.

The women were very supportive, kind, and was willing to provide dresses that fit the style I was looking for. Dresses were reasonably priced and the selection was fantastic! Penny our bridal consultant was knowledgeable, sweet, and even went above and beyond to see if we could add sparkle tulle to the dress to make my dress an 12 out of 10! The dress came in on time and was exactly what I wanted.

Becker's not only helped me find my dream dress, but even helped me when the outside vendor who altered my dress messed up the lace. Becker's did their best to find extra lace that matched my dress exactly and saved the day.

Long story short, I think if you are still looking for a wedding dress there is a reason why this salon has been around so long. They are incredible and truly care. Thank you so much for making my day so magical.
