Great business. Very respectable. I go here whenever i need an oil change or tire rotation or anything im too lazy to do myself, and ive always recieved good customer service, reasonable prices and decent wait time. Only 1 time have i ever recieved sub par service, a few years ago, after a tire rotation from them, i was driving down the road when my car started violently wobbling. I pulled over just in time for the studs holding my front driver tire on to sheer clean off and my tire to go rolling off (i was only going maybe 5 mph when the tire finally came off). I got right ahold of discount tire to raise hell, and i didn't even have to argue. As soon as i told them what happened they paid for a tow truck to pick up my car and fixed all the damage free of charge. Still not sure to this day what they did to make my tire fall off, whether they mightve over torqued it on or what, but the fact they fixed their mistake and showed they care more about doing their job right and taking care of their customers rather than saving a couple bucks by argueing and fighting their own mistakes means the...

HONEST AND AMAZING GUEST SERVICE (and fair prices) !!!! They go above and beyond and do what they can to help. Amazing people. My car's breaks failed (like I put the pedal to the floor and the car doesn't even try to stop....no breaks at all) and I couldn't get my vehicle there until 30 minutes before they were to close. They were very busy and wouldn't be open again until next Wednesday because of Christmas. Even though they couldn't look at my car until about 5 minutes before closing time, they still worked on it for me and fixed it. They stayed an hour after close to get it done and I can't thank them enough. It's my only car and I would have spent my Christmas vacation without a car or way to get around. Thanks so much...

I can’t say enough good things about this place or their employees! Mikah (hope I spelled that right), is beyond helpful and honest. It’s nice that I don’t have to worry about whether or not the work really needed to be done or if it was done right. I can take my car in and have it back within a few hours. They explain the work they did and don’t look at me funny when I say, “my car has knuckles???” Or “let me put my husband on the phone.” I’m grateful to have a shop I trust so close to home. We will definitely continue to get our cars serviced at Discount Tire...
