Giving 1 star solely based on customer service. Shop guys were very helpful and explained everything thoroughly, they even went as far as to send pictures of parts that were bad which was much appreciated! Kathy in the office was rude from the first phone call my husband had with her. I understand everyone has bad days, so I took it with a grain of salt. During the next 2 weeks that my Jeep was under their care, she was visibly (and verbally over the phone) upset every time I dealt with her. I understand people have off days, but this went beyond that. When you work in customer service, it’s your job to be decent (at minimum) to the customer! There was an issue with my card when I came in to pay my remaining balance. I apologized multiple times while I was on the phone with the bank trying to figure out what was going on as she stood there and glared at me. As I left, I thanked her once again and apologized for the card issue. I spoke with the bank manager and she told me anytime there is a purchase over $5,000, to have the merchant run it as credit. (I hope this tip will help Kathy in the future should this happen again) I called the following morning and paid the remaining balance over the phone, again, she was extremely rude while I apologized profusely for something that was out of my control. Kathy then said they would leave the keys in my jeep. I’m not trying to leave my jeep unlocked with keys in it so I asked her if I could pick them up in the shop. Upon arrival to pickup my keys, not a “hello”… Not a “How are you?” Nothing…. I again, thought she was having a bad day and tried to kill her with kindness because you never know what people are going through. Kathy couldn’t even mutter a simple “thank you” or “thank you for supporting our family business” …. literally NOTHING after spending almost $7K.
Updated Aug 6, 2024- Pinion seal started leaking 2 months (April 2024) after I got my jeep back. Took it in, they also replaced the differential seal. I noticed the seal was leaking again in the same spot in July 2024, 5 months after initial install. I have since had some seat time both on and off road and my Jeep performs excellent in both environments.
In my opinion the installation pricing is very fair for their expertise and knowledge is outstanding. The peace of mind knowing it will be done 100% correctly the first time is priceless.
I would say I have a good understanding of the suspension components on my Jeep and how they should be installed. Being burned prior by a different local to me shop, I had many questions and was very particular on wanting it all to go smoothly. And smoothly it did go. Ken Jr. and crew were very responsive with detailed answers.
To summarize, don’t go anywhere else for your Jeep’s needs, wants and desires. Ken’s is top notch and you won’t be disappointed.

I am from no where near Fowler as i was visiting a friend when my exhaust system (which was already in rough condition due to a previous incident in February) decided it wanted to fail at 2 in the morning while driving through Maple Rapids. Ken Sr., Ken Jr., and their team were able to order the parts and get my car back in a better shape than it previously was in a day even with the GM strike going on.
