A bad storm last year left many houses with serious damages to roofs in our neighborhood. Even though my neighbors were having full replacement done to their roofs, my insurance company thought there was only minimal damage to my roof and were paying an amount totally inadequate to do the actual repair. A friend referred me to James Young whose company had repaired his roof and had done a fantastic job. I described my situation to James. James knew of an "arbitration" process that I could use to evaluate the true damage to the roof. It took couple months to go through the process, but the result was the inspectors agreed with James's assessment that I needed a new roof. Without his help we would have been left with just a partial roof repair. With James 's help and guidance , we were able to have a new roof, new gutter, new paints on pergola and home exterior. I've found James to be very honest and transparent about his work and pricing. I've used him twice on my home over the years and have referred him to my daughter.
