I usually am not the type of person to write reviews. However, this experienced left me baffled. I sent my teenage daughter who in fact is a minor (keep this in mind) to go grab us some dinner. Shortly after she came out from the store I noticed that my daughter had a shock and terrible look on her face. She then explained to me that after finishing her order a male middle age worker with hard to understand accent offered her a free cookie in which she respectfully declined. That did not end there because after my daughter payed he insisted my daughter to write her number on a piece of paper in which my daughter declined the second time. This left my daughter in a very awkward and uncomfortable position. She went in there to get food for her family not to get hit on by a grown man the age of her father! Teach your workers to do their job rather than trying to get a girls number. This action is absolutely unacceptable,...
Read moreHATE THIS PLACE. So I got to work here for a whole day! The owner made me pull the hot tray out of the toaster with just my hand. Over and over. When I would stop he would yell at me to do it. I went home with burned fingers. There is also a portion size chart on the cutting board. He is seriously so cheap he crossed everything out with sharpie and halved the portions. Take my word for it and DO NOT GO HERE. The guy is a total slave driver and he does not even know what he is talking about. The working conditions were bad enough that I could not pay my rent and still did not go back the next day. Trust me, the last thing you want to do is line this dudes pockets. Go to the subway on Audelia and Skillman. They actually give you the...
Read moreTerrible experience at this Subway today. As a regular customer since this year, I was deeply offended by the staff’s behavior: a male employee mispronounced my name "Qingchong" repeatedly. I corrected him multiple times, but he deliberately kept mispronouncing it—and other staff laughed along. This isn’t just rude, it feels like outright disrespect bordering on racial discrimination. A name is part of who you are, and to mock it after being corrected is unprofessional and hurtful. I’ve lost all trust in this location and won’t be coming back. Management needs to train staff on basic respect and cultural sensitivity...
