I went in the store to buy some produce some fruits and vegetables I ran across a sign that said 260 for the red grapes seedless I grabbed them and I finished my shopping and I went to the cashier the same cashier I first asked for a price on an item and she rolls her eyes and looked at me and told her never mind I will find out later but the item back and then what I went to the Lane a young girl was there and then switch places with the cashier same when it rolls her eyes at me and I told her the grapes were $2.60 the sign says $2.60 she didn't have someone else verified the other girl told her the same thing is per pound it doesn't say for a pound so I end up putting them back and I felt like it was very disrespectful of the cashier insta live explaining that design was wrong but the customer's always right and I never end up getting the produce I wanted to get that store is charging 18% on everything that you buy of the taxes it's got a lot of good things yes but the prices are very high after you pay the tax at the end of the aisle it charges you 18% on top of everything else that you pay that's...
Read moreWhew! Just left Cash Saver on Camp Wisdom. Honestly, I donât know what I was expecting, but it was definitely more than what I got.
First of all, why do all their shopping carts belong to other stores? I didnât see a single cart labeled âCash Saverâ. They were all from Walmart, Kroger, and even Target. That was⌠unexpected.
Then, I walked down the canned fruit aisle and couldnât help but notice the floor. Tiles were either missing, peeling up, or just in need of some serious maintenance. Not a good look.
But what really got me was the customer service or lack of it. I went to register 1, which was the only open lane. The cashier didnât say a single word. No hello, no âDid you find everything okay?â, not even a âThank youâ when she handed me my receipt. Nothing. I mean, Iâm spending my money here, and I canât even get acknowledged?
Her name shows up as Jocelyn on the receipt, though she wasnât wearing a name tag. I know this area isnât the greatest, but not even a simple hello to the hardworking people who are helping keep the store going? Thatâs just...
Read moreCash Saver is a really nice store to shop at sometimes. I really like the store because there are times where I can go in and come out or find something that I'm looking for if I'm in a hurry. But what I do not like about this store is that I have noticed for the past year that during the holidays the prices are gouged. Items that are normally Lord during the holidays at other stores or slightly raised at this store. For example during the holidays items such as cornbread or frozen pies or increased tremendously. I do not think that is a great thing for people that live in the neighborhood that might not have transportation to other stores. But since I do have transportation I go to other stores that are in the area such as Kroger or WinCo and notice that those items are much cheaper and even a better quality. The items at the store or not bad but should not be price gouge...
